Will Windmill Hill Golf Centre be open on Sunday 1st March?

We are pleased to confirm that the centre will be open on Sunday 1st March. Our mobilization team will be working through the night on the 28th February to transfer over the IT systems and access to the centre will operate as normal with our usual opening hours.

How can I make a booking?

In-club bookings will be live from 1st March, whereby members and pay as you go customers will be able to make a booking in person with us. Then from 9th March onward they will be able to book sessions online via the website at www.windmillhillgolfcentre.com or in the centre.

To book online, members will need to register for a free online account first of all. To register for an online account visit https://miltonkeynesleisure.legendonlineservices.co.uk/Milton_Keynes_RG_home/account/login/ and click "Create Your Online Account". Follow the steps on-screen to complete your registration. Please check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails as part of this process. 

For all bookings, tee times and activities that are taking place on or before 28th February, please book as you normally would.

Will my membership carry on during the changeover?

Absolutely! There is no need to worry, all memberships that are currently active with Parkwood Leisure will be transferred over automatically, so members won’t have to do anything during the transfer of their memberships. If you do have any questions at all, we will have friendly team members at the centre from Friday 27th February to answer any concerns you may have.

Will I have a new member number?

As part of the changeover to MORE Leisure, you will have a brand-new member number from 1st March. This will be sent to you in either an email or a letter prior to 1st March.

Do pay as you go users need a membership?

All pay as you go members and activity bookers will require a membership to use our facilities. From 1st March in order to access our centres on a pay-as-you-go or casual booking basis, you will need a free MORE Membership. 

How do I book tee times and driving range activities online?

Online bookings will be available from 9th March. As a member, you will need to register for our online member services in order to be able to book all of our fantastic facilities online. To register for an online account, you will need to visit your leisure centre's website, click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the website and click on the blue “Create Account” button.

You will then be asked to input the email address associated with your membership (or add an email address for the first time), set up a password for your online account (please keep this password safe for future use or save it onto your device) and accept the Terms & Conditions of use.

An email validating your online account will then be sent to you, please check your Junk/Spam folder for this email in case it does not appear in your regular Inbox. From this email, you will then be able to successfully link your membership to our online services by clicking the website link within the email and entering some short details about your membership.

After this, you will then be able to login and access your membership online as well as book our course activities.

When will my Direct Debit be taken?

More Leisure Community Trust (MLCT) are taking your Direct Debit collection on 2nd March 2026. Additionally, we can confirm the collection will be on the 1st of each month going forward.

What will happen to my Driving Range credits?

Anyone with driving range credits remaining on their account will need to request a refund from Parkwood Leisure. Unfortunately, we will not be able to transfer these credits into our new systems. You can request your refund through Parkwood Leisure by visiting https://www.loyalteegolf.co.uk/range-card-refund-request-form-windmill-hill/ 

How will I purchase my Driving Range balls from 1st March?

Our Nyax machine is now fully operational allowing you to buy 60 balls for £5.50 directly at the Driving Range from our machine.

Will you be making any improvements to the facilities?

Future upgrades at Windmill Hill Golf Centre will include a brand-new irrigation system on the golf course to improve year-round playability, the car park will be relayed and we'll be investing in energy sustainability and a fleet of new golf buggies. Along with Windmill Hill Golf Centre, MORE Leisure will also operate Woughton Leisure Centre, whilst already managing Bletchley Leisure Centre on behalf of Milton Keynes City Council.
